What does the ez-IBC service include?

The service starts with the delivery of the parcel shipment to the nearest IBC location, and ends with the doorstep delivery at the recipient's place of destination.  

Destinations currently covered by ez-IBC, include all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Canada, Russia, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, and South Korea. We’ll soon cover other destinations, like Switzerland and Brazil. 

ez-IBC offers B2C e-commerce services on postal, as well as commercial service level depending on the destination and routing chosen. 

For most services, the weight limit is 66lbs.

ez-IBC offers 24/7 end-to-end tracking to ensure that you never lose sight of your parcel shipment. Multiple shipments can be tracked at the same time directly from IBC’s website. 

DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid, and refers to the scenario when duties and taxes have been paid at time of purchase together with the value of the merchandise and the cost for transport. As a result, the parcel shipment is immediately cleared by customs. 

The incoterm DDU refers to Delivered Duty Unpaid, which describes the scenario when duties and taxes are paid by the addressee at time of delivery or once informed by the broker that the shipment has been cleared.

In the case of ez-IBC the type of incoterm depends on the service chosen. While some offer both, others are restricted to only a DDU solution. 

ez-IBC is available from IBC locations in Los Angeles (LAX) and New York (JFK), as well as Miami (MIA). 

Yes, as an ez-IBC user you will have immediate access to its complete portfolio of services. 

The type of restriction varies by destination country, as well as the service and transit gateway selected. For some services, multiple routing is possible depending on the nature of merchandise shipped. 

Yes, the return solution is offered. Its routing depends on the gateway solution selected for export.
